In an effort to up my training regime, I purchased a FitBit! It is really making me conscious of how inactive I am in my job! 10 000 steps is tough when you spend a lot of time in a car or at a desk. So, now I sneak a walk in at lunch when I can or make a point of parking further from the building so I have a longer walk. I am hoping that these little changes will help me maintain 10 000 steps each day and prepare me for Camino walk just over a year away!!
